Life is a balancing act, both physically and emotionally, and the balance point is a moving, dynamic place. Whether you are facing a transition in life, dealing with anxiety or depression, living with chronic pain, or healing from a physical or emotional injury, yoga therapy can be a path to finding your balance. I create a compassionate and nourishing space for clients to remember their own innate potential for healing and wellness. By using principles of kinesiology, Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and active listening, I bridge the healing sciences of Western and Eastern medicine with contemporary mind/body psychology to guide and support each person on their own unique healing path.

I enjoy working with individuals who are excited to make change for themselves, who are ready to meet their bodies/selves where they are, and who desire to understand and reconnect with their body. The desire to do this work comes from an understanding that suffering, grief, and loss are part of being alive. I understand that some life experiences may cause us to forget our connections to ourselves and to others. We can forget our innate right to heal, and how to live with joy and connect to self. My hope is to guide you back to that birthright of yourself, and how it connects with your wellness and your own transformative abilities to live your greatest self.
